Technology, well‑conducted.
Peralyte is an independent consulting practice specializing in websites for local businesses, technology strategy, and data systems — for organizations that need enterprise judgment without the enterprise invoice.
Services
Websites for local businesses
A fast, modern, professional website for your business — live in about a week. One flat setup fee covers design, writing, your domain, and a contact form that reaches your inbox; a small monthly plan keeps it hosted, secure, and up to date so you never think about it again. Built for restaurants, contractors, shops, and practices that need to look real online without a five-figure agency.
Flat-fee setup, simple monthly care plan.
Technology consulting
Fractional IT leadership for organizations too small for a full-time technology executive. Vendor selection and contract review, Microsoft 365 setup and governance, security posture, budgeting, and a technology roadmap that matches where the organization is actually going — the same decisions I make every day at enterprise scale, sized to fit.
Advisory retainers and project engagements.
Data & CRM consulting
Your systems should talk to each other, and your reports should be trusted. CRM cleanup and administration — with deep experience in Salesforce-based platforms — reporting and dashboards leadership will actually use, and integrations that end the copy-paste-between-systems routine for good.
Cleanup sprints, integrations, ongoing administration.
About

I'm Weldon Perry. By day, I'm the Managing Director of Information Technology for a national standards-development association in the Washington, DC area — responsible for the whole stack: infrastructure, security, vendors, budgets, the CRM, Microsoft 365, and the roadmap that ties it together.
Peralyte is where I put that experience to work for everyone else. Small businesses and member organizations face the same technology decisions the big ones do — which vendor, which platform, what's worth paying for, what's quietly costing you — but rarely have someone in the room whose job is to know the answers. That's the room I like being in.
The name is a nod to my last name and to electrolytes — the things that carry the current. Good technology should work the same way: quietly conducting the business, never becoming the story.
